Target:	The analysis informs you about strengths and positive aspects as well as about missing contents, insufficient correlations and inconsistent or incorrect presentations. On the basis of such analysis you are in the position to go over you business plan, in order to present it to potential investors afterwards.

Designation:	Package Budgetary Plan
Target group:	Founders of a company, small enterprises
Prerequisite:	Information about planned products (sales figures and prices), cost situation regarding organisation (employees and legal form) and investments (in research, marketing, office etc.)
Task:	Using the available information about your planned or existing company we prepare a complete financial scheme for you, which you can use in your business plan, for example. During this, we check up on the assumptions made and consolidate them in the financial scheme. Extent: 5 counselling days
Target:	The outcome includes a scheme about turnover and profit, the liquidity and the cash flow on a monthly basis as well as the balances.
